So I bought a little nick-knack at Pottery Barn the other day. Coldplay Is Epic.

Monday, November 24, 2008

Saturday night made history. I am talking about the Coldplay concert held in Salt Lake City. Hands down, it was one of THE best concerts that I have been too and I have been to plenty of top notch shows such as U2 and Josh Groban and let me just say... the whole night was epic. Epic is a pretty big word too. Chris Martin is a genius. He KNOWS what music is and boy does he feel it when he sings. The guy is a rocker. The drummer of Coldplay is unreal. He must feel as if he holds so much power with those drum sticks of his. Every time he'd pound of the drum, the lights in the arena would glare. He was so in-sync with the whole she-bang. Viva La Vida is by far one of their bests and "Fix You" will forever make me cry... and "Lovers In Japan" could possibly be my wedding song.... along with "Till Kingdom Come." My life is complete and may Gwyneth Paltrow count her many blessings....

Monday, November 3, 2008

No, we are not mimes, nor are we french maids. We are CLEARLY french robbers. Hence the large props of french bread... unfortunately the halloween party people of Alpine Village didn't get that. So we just went with whatever... but the point we tried to make was, we a FRENCH ROBBERS. Happy Halloween kiddies.

Happy 19th Birthday Beccs.

Monday, November 3, 2008

Becca turned 19 on the 2nd of November. Therefore, we dined out and then came home to only surprise her with a butt load of friends and family on her back porch. We were quite sneaky and it all pulled through. Happy 19th Birthday Becca!

Pumpkin Patch.

Wednesday, October 29, 2008

Last week my roommate Meagan and our friend Becca hit up the pumpkin patch at Thanksgiving Point. There's really not much else to say about that. I found my pumpkin, carved him into a cat and never finished....
maybe next year?

Hike-aholic.

Saturday, October 25, 2008

I'm a hike-aholic lately. Ever since I went hiking with my family I can't stop going. I love the trail at Sundance to Stewart Falls and I lova it. Anyhoo- it's my new hobby. I want to do it every weekend before the snow plows on me. So my roomie meagan and I hopped all up on that trail and got our work out a-rollin.

Although, this was the story of the whole hike. The traction on my shoes must have worn out.

"Shoot Me. I'm a Model!"

Saturday, October 25, 2008

Strangest thing happened tonight. We were all invited to go to this "studio" and was told that we had to dress up. Well thinking, "Hey it's a fun event to go to, why not?" we got there a little confused. We had to sign up as models, hold around a sign with a number on it saying, "Shoot me. I'm a model!" Which clearly, I am not... and the wait for thousands of photographers to ask and take your picture. Ha ha, it was the most awkward thing ever. We were fresh meat. No joke. The pictures are online somewhere. I am a little humiliated but we all got a good laugh out of it. Oh my gosh....

Beans, Beans Their Good For Your Heart.

Saturday, October 25, 2008

Tonight was a grand night. Me and the boys and Christa went to a birthday party held at Belmont. Sadly, we didn't know the girl- but the music was banging. We goofed off in the parking lot and tried to expand our acrobat talents and then headed back for a bean food fight. Who would of thought a night could be so random?

I promise you those are beans ......

Bowling Was Out Of Control.

Friday, October 17, 2008

The fam went bowling tonight at the BYU bowling alleys. Clearly, we really enjoyed ourselves. My skills were rather pathetic but Susan's dancing skills were a little more than anyone could handle. Right when Michael Jackson started to blast through the speakers, she was on a roll

Susan's ending position after her bowl.

I Didn't Pee My Pants This Time.

Saturday, October 11, 2008

Last night we went to the Haunted Forest up in American Fork. I was surprised to find out that I didn't pee my pants. To be honest, I expected a lot more from this haunted forest.... the only time i thought my life was at stake was when I tried to out run the chain-saw man and i didn't really pull through. They get me every time. EVERY dang time. We then stopped at Denny's decided we didn't have the time to wait around (right) and so we made breakfast at Ash's. The eggs aren't settling too well. In-fact, I feel sick.
