"Hook" is a classic favorite movie of mine. Finding your happy thought is a constant goal throughout the film. Lately, I have been beaming because I have got a great batch of friends. And because of their greatness, I have found my happy thought for the month of September: it's them.

this is all i have to say about idaho.
1. epic music played. 2. epic jokes. 3. epic cabin. 4. epic laughs 5. epic people. 6. epic trip.
i kid you not, i have the coolest friends. we have so much fun together.
our laughs are out of control, our dancing is unstoppable,
and life with these people could never get better.
idaho promised us home cooked meals, boating, a.t.v.-ing, games after games after games and
take a peek.
now that was a great game...

Remember when I tried to make my first pair of jean shorts?
Remember when they were a bust.
Definitely too short and maybe just a tad bit too tight.
Remember when I wore them into my sister Jenna's house and she sarcastically snickered, "Nice shorts..."
Remember when I didn't catch the hint and I continued to go out in public sporting them?
Well thanks to this picture,
now I know how nasty these things were.

"For a city home to a university that's won the title of "Most stone-cold sober" for 12 years in a row, Provo didn't look, act or feel like Provo Saturday evening.
In the wake of BYU's stunning 14-13 upset over No. 3 Oklahoma, spontaneous celebrations erupted throughout this city and lasted well into the early hours of the morning on Sunday.
BYU fans formed impromptu gatherings at places like LaVell Edwards Stadium, the Marriott Center, and the Wilkinson Center, among others, and several hundred of them showed up at the Provo Municipal Airport to welcome home the team when it landed at 1:45 in the morning.
It was a celebration unlike anything Provo had experienced in a long time."
